My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service and Local Tech Support
Our Association participates with the My Florida Regional MLS, which is Florida's largest multiple listing service (MLS) and one of the largest MLSs in the country with more than 40,000 subscribers. Owned by 14 Shareholder REALTOR® Boards and Associations in Central and Southwest Florida, MFRMLS offers a comprehensive suite of productivity and marketing tools to professionals in the real estate industry. Our members have access to listings throughout 14 Boards and Associations that stretch from Charlotte County to Volusia County. Our Association is one of the few in the MLS Regional to offer local MLS tech support. If you have trouble with your MLS profile or have questions, please call our office and we will be glad to assist you.
Showing alerts, mobile productivity tools, and listing activity reports are advantages of the Supra System that create sales opportunities for real estate agents. Load the eKEY® app on your smartphone or select a Supra electronic key to open lockboxes and transmit information to the SupraWEB data system. Only authorized keyholders can open a lockbox, and every opening is documented both in the lockbox and in the secure SupraWEB database. Explore the product information and customer support resources on Supra's website to see how you can use the Supra System for more sales, faster. Bring convenient, authorized, and documented access to your clients' properties.

Meeting Space Rental
Our Association has a state-of-the-art training facility located within the Association’s headquarters and is available to meet the needs of our members as well as the wider business community. Rental Rates are extremely competitive and since our facility does not require you to use in-house or specific outside catering, you can be sure that your event will fit within any budget. Our auditorium features flexible space and is laid out to accommodate everything from a small meeting to a large event. For more information on room rentals, download our Room Rental Agreement here.
Maps and REALTOR® Store
If you are looking for maps of our area, drop by our REALTOR® Store. For a small fee, you can purchase maps of the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port, and Englewood areas. Our Store is also stocked with several other products you need for your business, from signs to office supplies. Our Association hosts numerous educational classes taught by top-rated instructors from all over the state of Florida. For a nominal annual fee of $55, our members can purchase exclusive membership to the Education Passport, which allows them to attend classes throughout the year either free of charge or at a discounted rate. Opportunities include designation and certification courses, free seminars, continuing education courses and conferences.
Committees and Leadership
If you would like to become involved at the Association level, consider joining a Committee. Our Association has several to choose from: Awards, Bylaws, Commercial, Global Real Estate, Grievance, Leadership Academy, Legislative and Government Affairs, Member Engagement, North Port Outlook, Professional Development, Professional Standards, RPAC, and Young Professionals Network. Also be sure to consider applying for our Leadership Academy. This program will not only help build your confidence and knowledge, but will enhance your personal growth and professional skills. As a Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to attend Business Partner Committee meetings and network with our REALTOR® members at social events. Our two largest events are the Annual Installation Banquet, when we celebrate our outgoing and incoming leadership, and the Million Dollar Awards, which honors the accomplishments of our award-winning agents.
Education and Sponsorship Opportunities
Our Association holds numerous educational courses, free seminars and General Membership luncheons throughout the year. You have the chance to sponsor some of these events. Typically, a Business Partner provides breakfast snacks, lunch, or refreshments and will speak about their company to the attendees for a few minutes before the start of the event. Business Partners may choose to participate as exhibitors in our Association's own Business Partner Tradeshow for a nominal fee. The Tradeshow takes place in our auditorium, and it has become tradition to hold a barbecue for lunch. Members love to come out and mingle, enjoying great food and company! In addition to our Association's Tradeshow, our District hosts a regional Conference and Expo. This is always an exceptional event where you can interact with nearly 300 of the most successful REALTORS® from Desoto, Charlotte, Manatee and Sarasota counties.
