A refresher “must” for Real estate professionals! Nearly every aspect of aRealtors®day involves communication. Conversations with buyers, sellers, brokers, and other agents are at the core of Realtors®interactions.

Poor communication with contacts could mean a longer sales cycle, tension with customers and colleagues, and possibly the loss of a contract. This course provides students with the ability to not only learn but to practice techniques that are research-based and field-tested. The material has been designed to foster enhanced interpersonal relationships at all levels of the experience. Highly relevant for agents at all stages in their careers!

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:

•Develop the most professional and effective business style possible by fine-tuning how they communicate with others in their roles as Realtors®.

•Interactive, hands-on, and realistic scenarios and techniques to engage participants in a “learn by doing” environment.
