The key to competitive home pricing is becoming proficient at comparative market analyses (CMAs).  

In the Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA course, you will learn how to evaluate the existing real estate market to take

the guesswork out of pricing homes.

The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

Cancellations/No-Shows Policy

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to class.  

No Shows – Will result in a $20 No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes.  Emergencies will be handled case by case.
