Vacant land owned by foreigners

We have been getting on average 1 to 2 inquiries through Realtor.com asking us to provide a market analysis and list a property immediately when the owner is out of the country. When we ask for 2 proofs of identification they push us to just list it and then finally go away. Just beware when the owner of the property is out of the country.
