This seminar discusses the different forms of elder financial abuse, how to spot red flags and what to do if you recognize this type of abuse.

In addition, a general overview of the probate process and rules in the State of Florida is reviewed.

No Shows – Will result in a $20 No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes.  Emergencies will be handled case by case.
