Education is one of the most tangible benefits of your membership. Our professional development program is designed to help REALTORS® build stronger businesses, stay current, and navigate the issues they face in real-world transactions. Members have access to continuing education, contract and legal courses, technology and business training, REALTOR® Roundups, Lunch & Learns, and nationally recognized NAR designations and certifications. From staying compliant to strengthening your contracts, technology, marketing, and business skills, our goal is to provide education you can immediately put to work.
Your membership includes access to Stellar MLS, one of the largest regional MLS platforms in Florida, along with Supra lockbox access for showing and securing listings. This is the infrastructure your business runs on, and it’s included as part of what your dues already cover.
Professional Standards protects the credibility of every transaction you’re part of. Every member operates under the same Code of Ethics, which is what allows a buyer or seller to trust the REALTOR® designation in the first place, and gives you real recourse if another agent’s conduct affects your client or your deal. Advocacy is how this Association makes sure REALTORS® and property owners have a say before local and state decisions become law, not after, on issues like insurance regulation and local ballot measures that directly affect what your clients pay to close and to own. Leadership and community involvement are built into membership at every level. The Professional Development Committee, Global Committee, Commercial Committee each give you a way to develop specific parts of your business while building relationships with the agents, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys you’ll work alongside for years. Committee involvement is also one of the clearest paths to shaping this Association’s direction rather than just being subject to it.
Beyond that, membership includes access to the Real Estate Tax Center, current local Market Statistics, International Resources for global business, Photography Services, and a Website Toolkit to support your own marketing. Members also receive the Florida Realtors Legal, which answers license law and contract questions at no additional cost, and the Tech Hotline, to answer all of your technology questions, also at no additional cost.
