The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, on May 31, 2020, enacted the Emergency Order 2020-07, which extends the renewal deadline until December 31, 2020, for the holders of any licenses issued by the Florida Real Estate Commission with an existing renewal deadline falling within June 2020 through December 2020.
This includes all licensees from the March 2020 renewal group that had their renewal deadline extended to June 1, 2020 as well as the September 2020 renewal group. The necessary educational requirements for the renewal of the licenses extended by this Order is also suspended through December 31, 2020.
