This course provides a practical overview of Florida’s most widely used real estate contract form, created jointly by Florida Realtors and The Florida Bar. Students will learn how to properly complete contracts and addenda, understand key timelines and obligations, calculate financing and closing costs, and explain important buyer and seller rights, defaults, repairs, mediation, and arbitration procedures.

Billing for this course will take place after the roster is received from Florida Realtors.
