Robert Gress – Real Estate Negotiation – 3 Hours CE
This course was developed to assist Florida licensees as they represent and help the public with the most expensive asset they generally own, the real estate asset. Negotiation demands understanding, patience, and advanced skill. This course will cover current information on the topics that are relevant to the real estate practitioner in terms of negotiation strategy and execution. Furthermore, the course also covers the caveats that go with the responsibility we have when we represent members of the public in their real estate endeavors.
