Event Description

This course is designed to give the Florida real estate licensee an in-depth look at the Comprehensive Rider to the Residential Contract for Sale & Purchase.  The objectives of this course are designed to assist the attendee as they consider using the riders that go along with the Residential Contract for Sale & Purchase.  The Comprehensive Rider is a collection of many individual riders that can be used to augment the Contract for Sale & Purchase for a variety of reasons.  The riders address many topics like condominiums, HOAs, FHA/VA deals, short sales, flood insurance, lead-based paint, pre, and post-occupancy agreements sale of buyer’s property contingency, back-up offers, attorney’s approval, licensee personal interest, and much more.
