Joining the caravan is the best way to get invaluable pricing opinions and feedback from other professional REALTORS. These, along with marketing tips, are priceless when talking with sellers about marketing their property.
Those interested in having a property included on caravan should complete the registration form associated with the LINK below. REMEMBER, space is limited and there is "ONE" listing per licensed agent who is in "FULL" attendance!
The deadline for submitting your listing is noon on the Thursday prior to the Tuesday tour; we will not be able to add properties after that time. Once you have submitted your request you will receive an immediate acknowledgment and we will confirm placement by return e-mail, along with the routing-time information on the Monday morning prior to caravan so that the necessary arrangements can be made with occupied properties. If by Monday noon prior to caravan you have not received routing information, please contact Iris Ramirez or Becky Dewey at (941) 429.3506
On caravan day all you need do is show up, as we print the listing sheet and caravan feedback forms! The short pre-tour meeting will start promptly at 8:30 (unless otherwise notified), at RE/MAX Anchor Realty, located at 14850 Tamiami Trail, across from Culver's in North Port. As always, the tour will be fun and informative so submit your listing today!
No property to show? No problem come along anyway! There is no better way to get to know the market, the area and other pro-active Realtor's. If you plan to join us without a listing, please REGISTER and indicate "Tour Only" in the Property Type field. This will allow us to get a property count.
PLEASE REMEMBER - If your plans change, your property goes under contract or is no longer available after registration, be sure to advise Iris Ramirez or Becky Dewey so that our records can be changed. See you on caravan day!
