New Lockbox Request Procedure

In consideration of the CDC’s requirements and our efforts to empower members to continue to navigate their real estate businesses during these challenging times, the association has implemented a NEW Lockbox Request Procedure that will safely and efficiently meet the needs of our members. If you must visit the office, we ask that you follow all CDC and Association required safety guidelines. NEW or CHANGE lockbox may be done online  by visiting our website at:


Requirements Reminder:

  • Request should be done 24 business hours prior to your need of the lockbox to allow proper processing.

  • You MUST have an active MLS number or a fully executed listing agreement  [email copy of listing agreement to].

Once you have submitted your request, our SUPRA Coordinator will process your request and notify you, via email, that your lockbox is ready for pickup.
