Most licensees have taken the time to review and understand the Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase. This course is designed to give the Florida real estate licensee an in-depth look at the Comprehensive Rider to the Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase. 

The objectives of this course are designed to assist the attendee as they consider using the riders that go along with the Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase.  The Comprehensive Rider is really a collection of many individual riders that can be used to augment the Contract for Sale and Purchase for a variety of reasons.  The riders address many topics like condominiums, HOAs, FHA/VA deals, short sales, flood insurance, lead based paint, pre and post occupancy agreements, sale of buyer’s property contingency, back-up offers, attorney’s approval, licensee personal interest, and much more.

Whether you are a new real estate agent or a seasoned professional in need of a refresher, this course is a valuable resource on using the Comprehensive Rider to the Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase.

Cancellations/No-Shows Policy

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to class.  

No Shows – Will result in a $20 No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes.  Emergencies will be handled case by case.
