2025 Awards Nominations

Call for nominations! The Association is currently accepting nominations for the following awards:

These annual awards will be presented at our 2026 Installation Banquet, which will be held on January 6, 2026 at the Isles Yacht Club.

General guidelines when making a nomination for REALTOR® of the Year or Business Partner of the Year

All Nominees must:

Be members of the REALTORS® of Punta Gorda – Port Charlotte – North Port – DeSoto.
Conduct business affairs with professionalism.
Have volunteered their time with the Association in some capacity (e.g. served on a Committee, volunteered at/sponsored Association events, etc.).
Meet all financial obligations.

The President cannot be nominated for REALTOR® of the Year.
