Become a Member

The forms listed on this page are listed for those who intend to join the PG-PC-NP Association of Realtors®, Inc. Please keep the following in mind in regard to your application:

Applicant will be notified of the upcoming orientation sessions at the time application is received in the Association office.
Applicant shall be expected to attend the first (1st) orientation offered after applying for membership.
All funds will be deposited immediately and are non-refundable.
Association staff will submit all applications to the Board of Directors for their approval.
Upon completion of the New Member Orientation the applicant will be formally inducted into the Association.
Names of new members will not be forwarded to the State Association and National Association until membership qualifications are met in full.
Processing of Business Partner memberships shall be the same as for REALTOR® applicants with the exception of the orientation requirement, which shall be waived.
