Become a Member

The forms listed on this page are listed for those who intend to join the Association of Realtors.Please keep the following in mind in regard to your application:

Applicant will be notified of the upcoming orientation sessions at the time application is received in the Association office.
Applicant shall be expected to attend the first (1st) orientation offered after applying for membership.
All funds will be deposited immediately and are non-refundable.
Association staff will submit all applications to the Board of Directors for their approval.
Upon completion of the New Member Orientation the applicant will be informed the date, time, and location of the general membership meeting at which the new member will be inducted. (Reservations will be required in advance if the new member plans to attend.)
Names of new members will not be forwarded to the State Association and National Association until membership qualifications are met in full.
Processing of Affiliate memberships shall be the same as for REALTOR® applicants with the exception of the orientation requirement, which shall be waived.
