Understand the sales cycle and personal qualities needed for success. Define and develop the people skills and positive self-image that make for successful sales.
Prospecting for Listings: 2 Hours CE - 10:15am - 12:15pm
Achieve sales goals by providing knowledge to help sellers meet objectives.
Preparation and Presentation: 2 Hours CE - 12:45pm - 2:45pm
Build confidence and develop the techniques needed to deliver listing presentations and secure listings.
Marketing the Property / Serving the Seller: 2 Hours - 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Learn to provide sellers with market information they need. Gain skills to close the sale in the shortest time-frame.
