We can always rely on taxes as a constant in our lives. Another constant is that those taxes and their related laws are always subject to fluctuation, and this course will teach Realtors® about tax law changes that are currently in effect. It will also highlight changes to the tax laws as they affect real estate practitioners and the consumers they deal with in their daily activities.

In addition, students will become part of discussion surrounding errors in filing tax returns, investment interest as a deduction, and tax form changes and the reasons behind them.

Cancellations/No-Shows Policy

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to class.  

No Shows – Will result in a $20 No-Show Fee for free classes or forfeiture of entire registration amount for fee-based classes.  Emergencies will be handled case by case.
