This course was developed to assist Florida licensees as they represent and help the public with the most expensive asset they generally own, the real estate asset.  Negotiation demands understanding, patience, and advanced skill.  This course will cover current information on topics that are relevant to the real estate practitioner in terms of negotiation strategy and execution.  Furthermore, the course also covers the caveats that go with the responsibility we have when we represent members of the public in their real estate endeavors.

Whether you are a new real estate sales associate or a seasoned professional in need of a refresher, this course is a comprehensive resource on the exciting subject of real estate negotiation.

Prospecting is not a new concept in real estate sales. Yet, prospecting seems to be something that many real estate professionals shy away from or never come to truly understand.  It is, for many, an easy process to overlook or bypass with what may seem to be an array of easier alternatives.

Prospecting for listings is a key ingredient for success in the real estate sales business.  Most agents just simply don’t seem to survive if they don’t grasp and become good at some form of prospecting.  It’s the concept of prospecting and its daily application in this great and fulfilling business that has led many to sales success.
