Click HERE and have a chance to win a $25 Gas Card compliments of After A Disaster, Inc. Flooding caused by a natural disaster must be extracted, cleaned up and dried immediately to avoid and mitigate any significant water damage to your property. Ineffective clean up and drying can cause serious property damage and health issues.  Since most property owners are not familiar with the steps to properly clean up after a disaster that is where we can help.  After A Disaster, Inc. has been formally trained and certified to do water extraction and clean up.  We understand what needs to be done to efficiently remove water, promote evaporation and dehumidification conditions to possibly restore floors, carpets, walls and insulation to mitigate damage. Karen Rolland, President

My Fellow REALTORS®/Members,

Well, the grand plan was to have a Brokers Breakfast meeting and a General Membership Meeting tomorrow but evidently, this is a bad week for that! Between the Memorial Day, schools getting out for the summer, graduations, and weddings it seems like everyone is just too busy this week so we have postponed both meetings until after the District Conference. We will be sending out some information to you about the Washington DC NAR meetings via email since that is what we were planning to cover in the meetings.

Please be sure to register for the District Conference by June 1st to be included in the drawing for the fabulous prize of a NETBOOK PC! It is easy to register. Just go to our website at www.pgpcnprealtors.com and pay securely via PayPal. Registration is also available at the door, but why wait and miss out on the chance of winning the PC? We have a great day planned and your registration includes not only the educational opportunities and the trade expo but also breakfast AND lunch!

I hope you all had a great holiday weekend. Ken and I actually took a few days off to go boating. I would highly recommend taking a few days off and enjoying our beautiful surroundings…it does wonders as an attitude adjustment!!! Happy selling and hope to see you at the District Conference!
