The GRI Designation is a powerful tool to attract and build new business. You'll increase your skill level across the entire landscape of real estate with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.
Are you a licensee in the past 2 years who still needs to take your 45-hour post licensing course? The GRI I satisfies that requirement! (PGPCNP New Members will receive a $20 rebate at completion of GRI 1) . All others will receive 14 hours of CE credit.

Earning the GRI designation requires completion of all of the GRI 100, 200 and 300 series within 5 years. Classes can be taken in any order.
The GRI I series contains the following topics:
• Standards of Practice: Professional Standards, Fair Housing and Diversity, Law (GRI 101)
• Starting your Business: Contact to Contracts, Business Planning and Goal Setting(GRI 102)
• Maximize your Profitability: Finance, Negotiating Counseling, Law (GRI 103)
